Introduction: Green Peas is known as Hari Matar or Matar in India. Green peas soup recipe is very easy to prepare. Here is presented the easy soup recipe of Green Peas aka Hari Matar.
Ingredients Required:
- Two tea cups fresh peas / matar
- Onion cut in to small pieces
- Four teaspoon corn flour
- Two teaspoon butter
- Salt as to taste
- Black pepper as to taste
Procedure:
- Boil four tea cups of water in a bowl.
- Blend the green peas.
- Heat butter in a pan and fry onion.
- Add peas, two cups boiled water, salt and black pepper in it.
- Cook up to get the soft peas.
- Serve hot.
